World Famous Pink Cat Comics Are No Match for Silly Daddy

World Famous Pink Cat Comics Are No Match for Silly Daddy Cat - webcomic by Joe Chiappetta
The world famous cartoonist "Pink Cat" offers one of his highly acclaimed comic books to a potential new comics fangirl. However, the little girl says to Pink Cat, "When your comic covers princesses and mermaids, then I'll read it... once I learn how to read."

No one ever said being a great literary comic book genius was easy.

The Joys of Parenting

Silly Daddy: The Joys of Parenting

In the cold Chicago winter, I built a massive snow fort with my kids. Later I worried that the walls would cave in and smother my youngest one to death.

The Joys of Parenting

It never ends. The other day she was running full speed down a ramp when she fell and skinned both knees. Poor kid. She cried for 30 minutes. Then the next day, when the band-aid was taken off, she cried again. Oh, to be four again.

I asked my oldest daughter what she thought about being in the Silly Daddy series and she said, "I like being in your comics but sometimes you make my nose too big."

The Sweet Power of Silly Daddy

"I lost my power cord," said my friend Joel Klemmer with a sigh.

While waving around a super rope, I asked, "Want my licorice cord?"

... Just trying to be helpful.

The Best Part of a Comic

"I'm going to make a rainbow," said my three-year-old daughter as we drew together on Facebook with the Graffiti application. Not only did she make the rainbow, but she also colored portions of her hair and her dress. When the cartoon was finished, we viewed it and she said with certainty, "The best part of this comic is the rainbow!"
